We view patients as people whose lives we are dedicated to improving.
We believe in four key pillars of professional practice:
The owner and founder of Churchlands Chiropractic, Dr Brendan O’Connor (Chiropractor) has almost a decade of experience helping people with their health. He provides his expert knowledge and skill set with a friendly, caring and down to earth style.
Brendan graduated from Murdoch University in Perth with a Bachelor of Science (Chiropractic) and a Bachelor of Chiropractic with Distinction.
Since the beginning of his Chiropractic career, Brendan has always pursued patient-centred care. This is about treating patients with honesty and respect and involving them in all decisions about their health. His focus is on explaining the findings and treatment options with the patient and then delivering chiropractic care to an exceptional standard. This has become the backbone of the Churchlands Chiropractic promise.
Brendan spends his time away from the practice with his wife and two young children.
Katie has training in remedial, relaxation, sports and deep tissue massage as well as trigger point therapy. She is also an accredited dry needling practitioner. Her goal is to use a combination of these techniques to improve patients’ quality of life by bringing better function to their muscles and reducing discomfort and pain. She practices remedial massage across all manner of issues, from everyday aches and pains that are holding you back to highly specific sporting injuries.
